Consider The Strong Box by Fairbairn™ for securing items in your
vehicle.Standard construction: 24" wide(exterior) drawer side with a 48" deep exterior. Wood/Steel casing is constructed as the "Black Bart" original specifications. With the vehicle model you have the ease of use extended through your back door or tailgate. The drawer opens to 46" beyond the closed drawer front. This gives a complete opening for the 48" box size. Put two 24" wide boxes specified side-by-side. These can be bolted together.
Additional protection is added with diamond plate steel added to the top of the box.
The drawer Interior is carpeted with velcro straps to secure items in bumpy terrain.
The Locking System options include electric, standard key and keyless Simplex locks.
Optional "weatherizing" spray coats the box exterior to help repel moisture. Add an Eva-dry TM absorbant mini-dehumidifier in your box to help protect your valuable contents.
